what makes a man fall inlove with a woman

Know a woman who always seems to be in perfect sync with the guy she is dating — they laugh at each other’s jokes, are considerate of one another’s feelings, and are devotedly in love (and best friends to boot)? Well, the reason this gal’s so lucky in love is pretty simple: It’s because she treats her guy right, and he can’t get enough of her company. Now, when I say she “treats her guy right,” what do I mean? She treats him like a friend, giving him the same five-star support, understanding, and (yes) slack we automatically extend to our girlfriends. If you want to reap the same benefits in your own love life, try some of these tips, and, trust me, you’ll notice a difference.

1. Share an activity
For women, it’s second nature to invite their girlfriends along for a shopping spree, yoga class, spa day, you name it. But activity-based bonding shouldn’t be relegated to females only. Guys love jawing over a shared pursuit, and while he might not be up for a mani/pedi (nor you for a day spent watching basketball), there are plenty of other options. Becoming gym buddies is a no-brainer (and can serve as that extra kick-in-the-butt you need to go more often!), or if you two usually dine out on a Saturday night, consider delving into a cook book and taking a crack at a recipe that’s a bit of a challenge, like duck terrine with glazed shallots. Whether it turns out terrific or so odd that you end up ordering takeout, the fact that you’ve worked toward a common goal together builds team spirit. And by investing in a history of shared experiences with your partner in crime, you’ll increase the things you have in common and experience a deeper bond.
2. Cheer him on
Women take great pains to make their girlfriends feel great about themselves, showering them with ego-boosters like, “You look amazing; that is the best color on you” or “Of course, you should email that guy — he’d be lucky to have you!” And while we might think the world of the men we date and even brag about them to our friends and family members, telling him these things doesn’t always occur to us. Maybe it’s because we assume guys possess impenetrable egos — but the truth is, they can be just as insecure as your female friends and would probably appreciate a compliment now and then. So, if he just got a promotion at work, toast him at dinner and tell him exactly why he deserved it. Or try a simple off-the-cuff statement, such as: “You look so good in that shirt — it really brings out the color in your eyes.” Don’t be surprised if he suddenly seems to be around a whole lot more often, basking in your presence.

3. Let him be himself
Most women find it hard to love guys just the way they are. We want to change their hair, their clothes, their job, and sometimes even their friends to fit our ideal. With our own pals, we’re more accepting of their differences; we can actually be proud to have a technology nerd, yoga snob or fashion slave as part of our collection of confidantes. Ruthanna Hall, a sales associate in New York, has learned to relax and appreciate distinctly male behaviors (with great results) in her own relationship. “When we go out, I might feel more like a cool lounge uptown, but then all he’ll want is a round of darts at the neighborhood dive,” she explains. Rather than sulk all evening about his lack of class, she’ll focus in on the funny conversation they’re having. “Sure, most guys do things that cause girls to go ‘uggghhh!’ But that’s just the way they are,” she says. “Why not get on with it and have fun?”

4. Tell him what you think
We don’t expect our best friends to always know what we’re thinking. In fact, we actually enjoy swapping our thoughts, hopes, and fears — that’s most of the fun! But why, then, are we so disappointed when our boyfriends don’t exhibit mind-reading tendencies 24/7? We’ve all been guilty of harboring romantic notions like, “If he’s been listening to me, he’ll know exactly where to take me for dinner on Valentine’s Day” or “If he were truly paying attention right now, he’d know I’m freaking out about this virus on my computer and offer to come over and help.” But trust me, you’ll save yourself a lot of disappointment by just telling him where you want to dine out on Valentine’s Day, or by asking him to come over with his anti-virus software. After all, it’s common knowledge that two heads are better than one, so just because you’ve decided he’s The One, don’t go mum and add major guesswork to your communications.

5. Give him his space
Sometimes, girlfriends just go MIA for awhile. They get so busy at work that they don’t return your emails. Do we give them flack for it? Nothing serious. But for some reason, the rules change for guys: We rail on them for not promptly returning phone calls, take offense if they want a guy’s night out. But remember, achieving a balance between “me” time and “we” time will make the time you do spend together even better. Bridget Cunningham found her relationship got so much mellower once she stopped stressing about where her boyfriend was every hour. “I don’t hold it against him when he wants to have his own time,” she says. “You don’t cut your friends off when they do things with other people, so why shouldn’t it be the same with the person you love? Meanwhile I’m free to go running off with my girlfriend and blab about girl stuff. We meet afterwards for coffee, and we’re both feeling refreshed and fulfilled by spending time apart…and that much happier to be spending time together again.”

DEAR IOLA

As soon as i get home , I go straight to the computer and look at your away message

hoping you'll somehow confess your love for me.

Sometimes I wonder if life is really worth it, then I look at your smile and I know it is.

Sometimes every small things you say can fit into a big empty space in my heart.

Some people say you only fall in love once, but every time i hear your voice I fall in love all over again.

If I can't get you out of my head , maybe you're supposed to be  there.

Loving you is like breathing how can i stop?

I'm jealous of every guy has ever hugged you, because for one moment,

they had my whole world in their arms.

When I see you, I got a sick feeling but it's the sick feeling I love to feel.

I get the best feeling when you say hi to me or even smile because I know

for a second I crossed your mind.

Should I smile because your my friend? or cry because that's all we ever be.

Oh Iola,  one day I caught myself smiling for no reason then I realized I was thinking of you.

Meeting you was my fate, becoming your friend was a choice but falling in love

with you was beyond my control.

Just this night I was matching a star to each thing I love about you, I was doing great!

until I ran out of stars hehe.

My hearth aches completely, every hour, everyday, and only when

I'm with you does the pain go away.

I wonder if your thinking when I look at you and smiles, I dont think you realize

how easily you make me smile.

Why am i afraid to lose you when you aren't even mine.

casting the potter kids

the harry potter series are very entertaining and takes you into a world of magical adventures and occult phenomena. It would have hit the mark more had not the elements of ordinary romance intrude upon the serious matters of wizrdry and metaphysics;i found myself helplessly retreating from the ones with romantic overtures. It just does not match, social infatuation and mature occultism.

man i just love harry potter, well i am one of the big fans of harry. I love their movie that is just shooting out this year. and also i have the full collection of harry potter to 1-6 harry potter movies. can't wait to watch the next.

I thnk it's amazing how they've been able to keep almost the entire cast of characters together and how well each has matured into their respective character. Was it great casting, blind luck or a combination of both? No one really knows I guess but we, the viewing public are the lucky ones. Can't wait for July 2011!!!

New alien planet stumps scientists

If there are other lifeforms "OUT THERE", I'm sure they look up in their sky and see the Earth as a mere nighttime star, just like we look up and see, for the most part, millions upon millions of nameless, faceless, insignificant lights in the sky. Meanwhile, how much of our tax dollars are about to be poured into the study of 'this' one...?

Huge volcano blast spawns horrific scenes

MOUNT MERAPI, Indonesia – Searing gas avalanched down an Indonesian volcano with a thunderous roar, torching houses and trees and incinerating villagers as they fled Mount Merapi's worst eruption in a century. Dozens of bodies found Friday raised the death toll to 122.
The injured — with clothes, blankets and even mattresses fused to their skin by the 1,400 degree Fahrenheit (750 degree Celsius) heat — were carried away on stretchers following the first big explosion just before midnight.
Soldiers joined rescue operations in hardest-hit Bronggang, a village nine miles (15 kilometers) from the crater, pulling at least 78 bodies from homes and streets blanketed by ash up to one-foot (30-centimeters) deep.
Crumpled roofs, charred carcasses of cattle, and broken chairs — all layered in white soot — dotted the smoldering landscape. Merapi was active throughout the day Friday.

The volcano, in the heart of densely populated Java island, has erupted scores of times, killing more than 1,500 people in the last century alone. But tens of thousands of people live on its rolling slopes, drawn to soil made fertile by molten lava and volcanic debris.

two ghost caught in my pic

I got this scary pic when I and my friends having an island tour to the island called "camotes".
It was very fun and relaxing trip,we'd went to different towns in the island and great places too.
Until such time we'd drop by a remote area and nearly abandoned cave. Only few people or shall i say
expert who could get in--- in that cave , im lucky i was able to managed obstacles that we encounter going in that cave. And all our hard work were paid when we are about to see the nature beauty of that cave.

stare close at the two red circles...

real ghost or trick?

I'm not knocking people's beliefs or anything. People can believe whatever they want and there are certainly things that science doesn't understand but there have been so many frauds and scams misleading people to believe things that are not true that it clouds any truth. And I'm referring to specific events not beliefs as a whole. For instance, I'm sure there is life after death from all that I've seen and heard in my lifetime and from other experiences of people even those in the medical field. But it can't be photographed and it won't appear in some parlor trick.

I am sometimes curious why life after death experiences are not publicized more than they are. We had hospitals in our area participate in a large study of these occurrences with some very amazing stories as a result that were publicized locally but not even mentioned in the final study. The professionals are very aware of these events but they are downplayed officially (not denied) probably because it is unexplainable and falls into the real of religion.

Velasquez stuns Lesnar, claims UFC title

Velasquez hurt Lesnar with nearly every punch he threw and knocked him down several times. After the final knockdown, Velasquez pounded him with elbows and punches before referee Herb Dean stopped it at 4:12 of the first.
“He was better than me tonight,” Lesnar said.

Lesnar roared out of his corner and threw a knee, but Velasquez answered with a hard combination that opened a small gash under Lesnar’s left eye. After they grappled briefly, Lesnar took Velasquez down hard.
Velasquez, though, was calm and worked back to his feet quickly. After one more Lesnar takedown, he bounced up and began letting his hands go. He battered the retreating Lesnar all over the ring, pummeling him with hard shots until Dean halted it.

Michael Jordan's $430,000 Mercedes McLaren

So, the McLaren can be yours for $430,000, which is a little dear for that brand even if the wheels were spun for fewer than a thousand miles (considering it cost around $475,000 new). The sellers are clearly factoring in the whole "Michael Jordan owned this car" addition.
The specs? Even three years later, this is one of the fastest things in the world. It has a 5 1/2-liter V8, it'll go from zero to just over 60 mph in 3.6 seconds, it runs with 640 horsepower and it will reach 209 miles an hour; and the rear-wheel driven monster is loaded with all sorts of carbon fiber bits so it's light as a feather in comparison to other supercars.
Also, Michael Jordan drove it. For a few hundred miles, at least.

Meet the new 'Twilight' vampires

Im glad they decided to make another movie hope they keep the saga going on for a while. im very interested in knowing what's going to happen next. i just simply can't get enough of the twilight saga movies love the people that play the different roles and the plots of the story the romance in it and everything. keep up the good work guys seriously...

Twilight opened the door for many new vampire books and movies. It is a well thought out love story and is way more interesting than the typical vampire. I mean really aside from the sparkling it's way more believable than someone who can't go out in the sun or he will burn up! The blending in with humans part was an interesting twist along with the variation of clans and type of vampires and that some vampires have special gifts that other do not. Not to mention one of the best love stories to come to the book world in a long time, yes it's young love but women of all ages enjoy reading it.

Man Hits Home Run With Ball Field Proposal

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The baseball field at Gilbert McQueen Park just might be the field of dreams for one couple.

and sarah did say yes? I think she did. well this is so sweet and very genuine thing that the guy ever did.

India’s richest man has moved into world’s biggest private residence -- 27 storey house

Marking the end of seven years of construction work, India's richest man is planning a housewarming party for his 27-story palatial new home in Mumbai, replete with no fewer than three helipads and an air-traffic control station on its roof.

The 570-foot-tall glass tower, called Antilia, "features a swimming pool, a health club, a salon and a mini-theatre," reports the Times of India. "The first six levels comprise the garage where more than 160 cars can be parked. Atop the parking lot is Antilia's lobby, which has nine elevators."  The house also has a garden that can accommodate trees, according to the Telegraph, and a separate ballroom. About 600 staffers will be required to run Antilia, named after the mythical island in the Atlantic.

The house belongs to Mukesh Ambani, who owns much of the oil and retail giant Reliance Industries. He is estimated to be worth about $27 billion. Experts told the Guardian that "there is no other private property of comparable size and prominence in the world." Ambani, the fourth-richest man in the world, co-ran Reliance with his brother before the two had a falling-out and split the company.

MY opinion
"I can see why people would think that this is a waste of money and that the money could've been used to help the poor and all that other crap, but when it comes down to it it is his money and he has the right to do whatever he wants with it. Also, when you are building something like this it is a massive project. The company that build the house for him probably had to hire a bunch of people to complete it. That creates jobs which helps their economy."

"For posterity, I would of built a school, hospital and a community centre. If I must stroke my ego, I'd have my name attached to all these projects. This is how I would of "immortalized" myself in people's hearts."

Armless pianist plays with toes to win "China's Got Talent"

Liu Wei, 23, who lost both his arms aged 10 when he was electrocuted during a game of hide-and-seek, defeated 7-year-old standup comedian Zhang Fengxi at the final on Sunday at the Shanghai Stadium, the Shanghai Daily reported.
The pianist, from Beijing, who taught himself to play the piano at age 18, impressed the audience with his performance of "You're Beautiful," singing and using his feet to play the piano.

"HOW do I Tell Her I Want to Be More Than Friends?"

I have had a big crush on this girl

She is really nice to me and we talk to each other on the phone almost everyday and we hang out sometimes, we go to separate high schools, the problem is that I don't know whether to tell her that I like her or not. I've developed a nice friendly relationship with her and I'm afraid that if I tell and if she doesn't feel the same way, that would all end, but if I don't tell her, I'll never know if she felt the same way about me.

It's hard especially when we hang out together, I have hard time fighting not to put my arm around her or hug her or whatever.

Bottom line, I want to tell her how I feel, but afraid of what might happen. What should I do?

America's Youngest Billionaires-co-founded facebook

Only eight American billionaires are under the age of 40, and three of them co-founded Facebook.

The youngest? It isn't who you think it is. The world's youngest billionaire is now 26-year-old Dustin Moskovitz, who is eight days younger than his former Harvard roommate and Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg. The social-networking site's first chief technology officer, Moskovitz left in 2008 and started Asana, a software company that allows individuals and small companies to better collaborate. The company has attracted several of the same early backers as Facebook and may one day be worth something. For now, though, Forbes estimates Moskovitz's entire $1.4 billion fortune comes from his 6 percent stake in Facebook.
Zuckerberg may no longer reign as the youngest member of the Forbes 400, but he has bragging rights as the year's biggest percentage gainer -- his net worth jumped to $6.9 billion, up from $2 billion, making him worth nearly five times as much as Moskovitz and more than even Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL - News) Steve Jobs.

I bet they definitely didn't think that they would reach here. Obviously their devotion, Hard Working and the above all some introduced new ideas in the market, that is why they are here in the list now. Hats off to all these youngsters

sex position of the day

Start with your guy sitting on the bench with his knees bent and legs slightly spread, leaning back with his arms outstretched and resting on the edge of the tub. Straddle him, facing forward, and lower yourself onto his penis, holding on to his shoulders for support. Keep your knees bent and feet flat as you move up and down or back and forth
Why You'll Love It:
The space between your torsos allows both of you to watch the action. There's also room for pelvic play, so you can maximize clitoral stimulation by rubbing your bliss button against his pubic bone as you gyrate.

Should we be scared of '10/10/10' virus?

Rumors are spreading about a software attack to PCs on October 10, 2010

"The truth is that there is malicious software which triggers every day of the year -- so worrying about one particular date or time is actually counter-productive, as it implies that you should take less care on other dates,"

"It's just the kind of scare that people love to murmur about, and share with their online friends, but I'm afraid it has no basis in fact."

Mike Tyson's turns into comical music entertainer

If you enjoyed Mike Tyson air-drumming to Phil Collins' "In The Air Tonight" during "The Hangover," then you'll certainly enjoy the former heavyweight champion remaking Bobby Brown's "Every Little Step" alongside comedian Wayne Brady.

Iron Mike wearing leather lederhosen and strutting cockily alongside the huge "EVERY LITTLE STEP" letters? Man, he hasn't been that electrifying since knocking out Michael Spinks.
The video became an Internet sensation the instant it was released on Funny or Die, thus raising our hopes of a follow-up with Brady and Buster Douglas recreating the "My Prerogative" video.

Hey i like it ...its crazy ..but mike tyson .need to get in step...lol...and wayne...its good to see some thing funny.....i hope its on top of the charts....next week

Will you grow old together?

In today's age for a couple to think of growing old together seems, sadly, a bit foreign. The rate at which divorces are taking place and couples separate, it is a difficult task. This was not so, only two three decades ago. The changing norms have taken a big toll on the relationships. How about you? Do you believe that you will grow together till old age?
The determination that we would not separate may play a big role. Once you have decided the goal - no separating, you will act towards achieving that goal. Please make this bond with your partner that you will not separate. I wish to add something here. When things are going smoothly, all such promises sound very good. As soon as a crack appears, the same looks very difficult. The need is to take care when the cracks appear.

Why do the cracks appear? Miscommunication, discords, different views on very important matters, career problems, health problems, third person entering the relationship, and many other factors can play role in this. As time passes, distances may grow. The reverse also happens. But now days it seems that the earlier case occurs more often.
Do you want to grow together till old age? Are you sure that your choice of partner is perfect for you? Is your partner also sure? Both of you have considered every factor? If there are any complaints, you are ready to sort them out? Do you keep the communication open? Do you love each other? What about caring? Please consider all these and draw a plan so that separation becomes a very difficult

First Look At Chris Evans As Captain America In New 'The First Avenger' Set Photos!

Things are moving quickly for Marvel's red, white, and blue superhero! Yesterday we saw video of an explosive moment on the Manchester set of "Captain America: The First Avenger," and today we have our first photos of Chris Evans as Steve Rogers in the upcoming film. Taken on the U.K. set of the movie, the five

Why does of all people Chris Evans get to play both Torch and Cap? For one thing, he's not that great an actor. There are thousands upon thousands of actors out there and they had to recycle someone from the terrible Fanstastic Four movie? Couldn't find someone who didn't recently play another superhero?? Heck, might as well go for the fences and cast Christian Bale or Toby McGuire and dye their hair blonde. There is no creativity or orignality in Hollywood anymore.

A Canadian university student has done what Leonardo da Vinci had only dreamt of

Piloted a human-powered "wing-flapping" plane! Called an ornithopter, and the inspiration for modern day helicopters, the machine was first sketched by da Vinci way back in 1485 and never actually built.

Wow, this is a great forward movement towards self flight.

Like Albert Einstein says..... “Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.”

Todd Reichert, an engineering student at the University of Toronto, made history by sustaining flight in his ornithopter -- named Snowbird -- for 19.3 seconds and covering 475.72 feet

7 Steps to Better Website Feedback

Most web designers and developers avoid getting feedback on their work because it can be time consuming, frustrating and even scary. But it doesn’t have to be that way. When done right, you can gather feedback that will inspire you, give you a fresh perspective and push your work to the next level.

In this following post, I want to share with you 7-step framework for getting better website feedback each and every time. Full article after jump.

Step 1 – Start Early

Feedback should be part of your production plan from the moment you start working on a new website. The earlier you start asking for feedback, the easier it will be to make a change. Don’t wait until you’re emotionally invested in your design to start getting feedback. As soon you have a sketch or a wireframe, put it in front of other people and see what they think.

Step 2 – Be Open

This goes back to emotional investment. If you’ve already made up your mind about a website, and there’s no changing it, no matter what anyone says, then don’t waste your time (or theirs). Seek feedback only when you’re going to pay attention to it. Don’t become so attached to a design or layout that you can’t hear the constructive ideas being offered by those around you.

Step 3 – Use The Right Tools

People often avoid asking for feedback because of an unproductive past experience. Either the people asked didn’t respond, or there was no good way of collecting the feedback. Fortunately, there are a number of free tools out there that are designed specifically for gathering feedback in an organized and actionable way – no more patching together ideas from a long string of emails.

Step 4 – Recruit Everyone

You don’t need an expert to give you valuable advice about your latest website, just someone who is going to look at it seriously and give you an honest response. Everyone, whether they have a Ph.D. in Computer Science or lack any relevant website experience, can contribute something of value. Sometimes, the most insightful feedback, comes from people who don’t know much about web design at all, but are able to spot something that is confusing or difficult to use. Join a community, ask your friends and family, post your idea on Twitter or grab a complete stranger. Whatever you do, don’t be shy, get out there and share your website with anyone who’s willing to take a look.

Step 5 – Ask the Right Questions

Make sure to clarify your objective. By providing direction ahead of time, you’re more likely to receive focused feedback that clearly addresses what you want to know. Instead of asking “what do you think?“, ask “what elements of this design catch your attention right away?” or “what confuses you most about this website?“. Also, try to keep it brief. Clear and concise directions generate specific and helpful feedback.

Step 6 – Make the Most of Criticism

Whenever you’re faced with criticism, make sure to check your first reaction. Are you just snapping back because your design is personal? It takes a mature designer with the right attitude (see #1) to be able to take genuine, constructive criticism and learn from it. Criticism never feels good at first, but once you’re able to take a step back from your design and look at it objectively, you can usually find something helpful. For an in-depth look at responding to criticism, read my article on Smashing Magazine.

Step 7 – Repeat the Process

Feedback is an ongoing process. Don’t just stop after the first draft, continue to get feedback as you revise and improve your design. The more you times you repeat the process, the easier it will be to get in to the habit of asking for feedback and the better your websites will be as a result.
So whether you have an existing website, or a brand new concept, try using these 7 steps to uncover new ways to improve your work. If you have other ideas, resources or suggestions, please feel free to share them in the comments below.
